HÜDA PAR announces strategy for local elections
Mahmut Şahin, head of the election department of HÜDA PAR (Free Cause Party), announced the party's stance for the upcoming local elections scheduled for March 31st.
The announcement was made at the HÜDA PAR headquarters after the Supreme Electoral Council published the list of participating parties.
In his statement, Şahin emphasized the importance of the local elections and said, "We believe that it is time for our people to meet 'Honest Municipality, Real Service'".
He revealed that HÜDA PAR has decided to support alliance candidates in certain constituencies, while opting to contest the elections with its own logo and candidates in other places.
"We hope that this decision will be auspicious for our party, our nation and our country,” Şahin said.
He announced an extension of the application period for candidates until 20 January 2024, and encouraged citizens interested in running for mayor, provincial assembly and local council positions on HÜDA PAR's lists to apply by the specified date.
Concluding his statement, Şahin expressed his hope for a peaceful and beneficial local election process and wished for its successful completion to serve the interests of the nation and country.
