Multiple attacks target US military base in Iraq
US forces at the Ain al-Assad base in western Iraq were reportedly targeted at dawn on Monday, according to local sources.
Simultaneously, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for aiming at an israeli military target in the occupied Syrian Golan using appropriate weaponry.
The Islamic Resistance stated that the targeting was conducted in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip and in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression against Palestinians, including children, women, and the elderly. The group emphasized its commitment to dismantling the strongholds of the israeli occupation.
This latest incident follows the Iraqi Resistance's confirmation a few days ago, on December 28, that its fighters targeted a vital installation in the "Eliad" settlement in southern occupied Palestine. The statement reiterated the group's dedication to striking the enemy's strongholds.
Additionally, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq reported targeting an Israeli technical espionage center near Erbil, responding to the continued Israeli-led massacres. The group remains resolute in its commitment to confront the aggressions of the Israeli occupation.
Earlier evidence of the Resistance's capabilities was published, featuring footage documenting the launch of a drone that targeted a US military base near Erbil Airport in northern Iraq. The situation is evolving, and authorities are closely monitoring developments in the region. (ILKHA)
