Orphans Foundation launches humanitarian mission to aid Gaza amidst ongoing atrocities
The Orphans Foundation has initiated a comprehensive aid effort to deliver crucial assistance to the region, which has endured relentless israeli atrocities and a blockade for 83 days.
The foundation, known for its global aid activities, is committed to addressing the pressing needs arising from the ongoing crisis.
Undertaking a mission to coordinate aid personally, a delegation from the Orphans Foundation has traveled to Egypt. The officials, Mehmet Ali Aysu and Memduh Emek, shared their commitment to providing hope and support to orphans who have lost their families during the prolonged attacks in Gaza.
"Our Palestinian brothers and sisters in Gaza need us," emphasized Foundation official Aysu. "Since October 7, we have mobilized as the Orphans Foundation to be with our oppressed brothers and sisters in Palestine. We will try to deliver the relics entrusted to us by your benefactors."*
The delegation has assessed the situation of aid items sent and is formulating plans for future aid shipments. Thousands of food packages have been checked and prepared for delivery to the oppressed people in Gaza.
The Orphans Foundation officials underscored that the aid packages contain essential materials tailored to the specific needs of Gaza. The aid efforts will persist until freedom is achieved for Gaza and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Mehmet Ali Aysu, providing details about the ongoing aid initiatives, stated: "We are currently in Ismailia, the closest city of Egypt to Gaza. As you know, Muslims have been martyred in Gaza for about 83 days after October 7, Gazan children have been martyred, their houses have been destroyed, and Gaza has turned into an open-air prison."
Memduh Emek, a volunteer representative of the Orphans Foundation in Gaza, assured donors that the aid activities are carried out in coordination with volunteer representatives on the ground. He emphasized that the contents of the aid parcels are specifically tailored to meet the essential needs in Gaza.
This humanitarian effort is part of the Orphans Foundation's ongoing commitment to supporting communities in need across the globe. (ILKHA)
