US-backed israeli genocide in Gaza enters day 57
As the US-backed israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 57 on Saturday, massive aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and level whole blocks and homes and massacre more civilians, mostly children and women.
According to local sources, israeli warplanes carried out intensive attacks at dawn and in the morning on al-Qarara town, north of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
The interior ministry in Gaza said that the zionist occupation army’s artillery was continuously and violently bombing al-Qarara, while its gunboats bombarded the coast of Khan Younis.
Local sources said that photojournalist Mohamed Faraj was martyred during the relentless Israeli attacks on northern Gaza.
An israeli airstrike reportedly targeted the house of lawmaker Younis al-Astal in al-Qarara town.
The zionist army also attacked and destroyed three mosques and multiple homes in different areas of Khan Yunis.
The zionist army also launched aerial and artillery attacks on other areas of the Gaza strip, including Rafah in southern Gaza.
Dozens of casualties were evacuated from the bombed areas to hospitals. (ILKHA)
