In an audio clip, Mujahid said that Pakistan had no right to confiscate the personal property and assets of the Afghans, and warned that such actions would be questioned. He urged the international community, the UN and other organizations to intervene and stop Pakistan from mistreating the refugees.

He also said that the Taliban would not accept the decision and would do everything in their power to prevent it. He added that the refugees should be allowed to return to their homeland with dignity and respect.

Mujahid said that Pakistan should think of the consequences of its actions, and that it should plant as much as it will be able to reap. He said that the current situation was severely damaging the ties between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which share a long and porous border. (ILKHA)
