Hamas leader urges support for Al-Aqsa Mosque and Gaza
Hamas leader abroad Khaled Mashal has called on all Muslims who can bear arms to support the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian people in the face of the israeli aggression.
In an interview with TRT Arabi, Meshaal said that Islamic scholars should issue fatwas on the situation in Gaza and pressure the rulers to take action. He also urged the Arab communities around the world to pressure US President Joe Biden to stop the israeli massacres and crimes.
Meshaal said that the zionist occupation regime is taking revenge on women and children for the defeats inflicted by the resistance fighters, who have outperformed the enemy in intelligence, in the field, in the media and in all aspects of the war.
He said that the resistance is ready to confront all israeli attacks on any part of the Gaza Strip, and that they are not only defending Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine, but also their existence.
He also called on Russia and China to take further steps to stop the israeli aggression, and praised Egypt and Jordan for refusing to expel Palestinians from their homeland.
He emphasized the need to fully open the Rafah crossing and provide urgent aid to the people of Gaza, who have suffered hundreds of martyrs and wounded in the israeli aggression since October 7. (ILKHA)
