Algerian president supports Palestinians, condemns israeli crimes
Algerian president Abdul-Majid Tebboune expressed his solidarity with the Palestinian people and denounced Israel’s brutal attacks on Gaza as “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” on Sunday.
Speaking to a crowd of people in Djelfa province, Tebboune said that the Palestinians are not terrorists, but rather they are defending their land and their legitimate rights.
He also drew a parallel between the Palestinian struggle and the Algerian resistance against colonialism, which was also labeled as terrorism by the oppressors.
Tebboune also paid tribute to the Palestinian martyrs who lost their lives in the ongoing israeli aggression on Gaza, and observed a moment of silence in their honor. He called for an end to the violence and a just solution to the Palestinian cause. (ILKHA)
