At least four Palestinians killed in israeli raid on Jenin
Four Palestinians were killed and nine others were injured in a violent israeli raid on the northern West Bank city of Jenin on Monday morning, the Ministry of Health said.
The ministry identified the slain Palestinians as Amir Abdullah Sharbji, 25, Nawras Ibrahim Bajawi, 28, Wiaam Iyad Hanoun, 27, and Mousa Khaled Jabarin, 23. They were pronounced dead at Ibn Sina Hospital, where the wounded were also taken for treatment.
Witnesses said that about 100 israeli army vehicles stormed Jenin city and surrounded the hospital, firing randomly from drones and rooftops. An army bulldozer demolished part of the hospital’s outer wall and blocked the roads leading to Jenin refugee camp with dirt mounds.
The zionist forces also targeted several homes and shops in the camp with missiles, causing damage and injuries. One of the missiles hit a house and wounded a resident inside.
The raid sparked clashes between the israeli forces and Palestinian residents, who threw stones and Molotov cocktails at the invading soldiers. (ILKHA)
