Gaza Strip faces brutal israeli attacks: Over 4,600 killed since October 7
The zionist occupation warplanes continued their relentless airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, causing a significant number of casualties in what has been described as one of the most brutal nights since the onset of the israeli aggression on October 7.
Medical sources in the region reported that, within a span of less than 12 hours, 23 people, including children and women, lost their lives in Khan Younis Governorate due to a series of airstrikes targeting the homes of the Abu Rashwan, Abu Daqqa, and Abdul Ghafour families.
In another devastating attack on a residential apartment in the al-Faluja area in the northern Gaza Strip, 17 people were killed, and numerous others sustained injuries. Tragic scenes unfolded as search and rescue teams worked tirelessly to retrieve five individuals found lifeless under the rubble of a house belonging to the Abu Shehada family, which had been targeted by israeli aircraft to the east of Khan Younis.
The city of Rafah witnessed further tragedy, with a woman losing her life and multiple others sustaining injuries following an Israeli air raid on a residential dwelling. Additionally, ten people were reported killed in an airstrike targeting a house belonging to the Abu Dan family in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. Notably, a house near Kamal Adwan Hospital in the town of Beit Lahia in the north was also hit.
As the conflict rages on, the Ministry of Health provided a preliminary assessment, indicating that the number of victims from the ongoing zionist occupation forces' aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has reached a staggering count of 4,651 fatalities and 14,245 individuals injured.
