The Coast Guard Command responded swiftly to reports of a group of irregular migrants stranded in a rubber boat off the coast of Kuşadası.

Upon receiving this information, a rescue team was dispatched to the area. The rescue operation saw 37 irregular migrants being safely recovered from their rubber boat, which had been pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek forces.

The migrants, who were left stranded in the perilous sea, were subjected to this pushback maneuver, which has been a source of concern for international organizations.

Following the successful rescue operation, the irregular migrants were subsequently handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management to complete necessary procedures.
