The incident occurred following Hezbollah's earlier statement, denouncing the Zionist regime's attack on journalists and civilians near the Al-Abad position on Thursday, which resulted in the tragic death of Abdullah Rabi al-Baka'i, a Lebanese Islamic Resistance fighter.

In retaliation, Hezbollah targeted a group of Israeli infantry forces near the "Branit" base with multiple rockets, causing casualties among the Israeli soldiers.

In addition to these events, a Zionist newspaper claimed that a drone originating from the Lebanese side was intercepted and destroyed as it entered the Galilee region.

Just a few hours ago, Al-Mayadeen network reported rocket attacks on the "Roisat-ul-Alam" base in the occupied territories and other Israeli bases in "Kafar Shaba" from inside Lebanon.

News sources also reported israeli artillery attacks on areas in southern Lebanon.
