The march, supported by various NGOs, aimed to express support for Palestinian Muslims and condemn the occupying forces.

The crowd gathered in Beyazıt Square following afternoon prayers, resonating with chants and slogans echoing their support for Palestine and Gaza.

The march, which started at 17:00, drew a massive turnout, leading to both vehicle and pedestrian congestion in Beyazıt Square.

As the procession moved from Beyazıt Square towards Hagia Sophia, a significant portion of the participants remained in Beyazıt Square.

The concluding leg of the march filled Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia Squares to capacity, creating a substantial crowd even along the tramway.

Following the march, tens of thousands of individuals congregated in mosques and squares for evening prayers.

After the call to prayer, prayers inside the mosque were dedicated to the people of Gaza.

Meanwhile, outside, songs were sung in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle, and slogans were chanted, reflecting the collective voice of support for Gaza. (ILKHA)
