Two Palestinian journalists were killed in an airstrike by israeli warplanes on the Gaza Strip at dawn Tuesday.
Media sources affirmed that Saeed Al-Taweel and Mohammad Sobh were killed while filming the targeting of a residential building by israeli warplanes in Rimal district in western Gaza.
Another journalist was reportedly injured in the same area during the bombing.
Zionist regime’s warplanes are bombing various areas of Gaza throughout the night and at dawn Tuesday.
The death toll as a result of the israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip climbed to 687 martyrs, including 140 children and 105 women, the Palestinian Health Ministry declared in a press release issued on Monday evening.
3,726 people were also injured in the aerial and artillery bombardment; 10% of them were children, the ministry added.
The number of casualties is likely to rise as the Israeli army continues to bombard the densely-populated coastal enclave. (ILKHA)
