Earthquake strikes Aegean Sea off Bodrum, Türkiye
The offshore quake took place in the Aegean Sea off the Bodrum district of Türkiye’s southwestern Muğla province at 12:38 on Saturday.
The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 6.28 kilometers, Türkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency said on Twitter.
The tremor was felt throughout parts of southwestern Türkiye, according to local sources.
There have been no initial reports of damage or casualties as a result of the earthquake. (ILKHA)
