Deadly explosion at rally to celebrate prophet birth leaves 13 dead and over 50 injured
A forceful explosion rocked a gathering commemorating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad in southwest Pakistan, claiming the lives of at least 15 individuals and leaving over 50 others injured, according to official statements and media reports.
The blast, which also killed a police officer, took place on Friday in Mastung, a district in Balochistan province.
