Turkish police have seized explosives and detained 10 suspects in an anti-ISIS operation in Izmir.
The operation, conducted in coordination with security forces on Monday, aimed to locate hidden weapons, ammunition, and bomb-making materials believed to be buried by ISIS operatives.
Authorities made a significant discovery within a cave, unearthing bomb-making materials and a long-barreled gun of unknown brand.
In a continuous effort to dismantle the terrorist network, law enforcement apprehended 10 individuals who were identified as having ties to the ongoing investigation.
Out of the 10 detainees, 5 have been arrested, while the remaining 5 have been released under judicial control conditions. (ILKHA)
