Afghanistan extends condolences to Morocco for earthquake victims

The Islamic Emirate has offered prayers for the souls of those who tragically lost their lives in the incident and extended well wishes for the swift recovery of those who sustained injuries.
Amid these challenging times, the Islamic Emirate has expressed optimism that, through collaborative efforts, global solidarity, and international involvement, rescue teams will effectively address the challenges at hand and provide assistance to those affected.
The earthquake, measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale, struck approximately 72 kilometers southwest of the renowned tourist destination of Marrakesh at around 11:11 p.m. on Friday night, as reported by the US Geological Survey. (ILKHA)
