Turkish forces neutralize 7 PKK/YPG militants in northern Syria
The Turkish Ministry of National Defense has confirmed the neutralization of seven PKK/YPG members who initiated harassing fire in the Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch regions of northern Syria.
“Seven PKK/YPG terrorists who had opened harassing fire at the Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch regions in northern Syria have been neutralized,” the Ministry said in a statement on social media platform X.
The operation comes as part of Türkiye's ongoing efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.
The Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch operations have been instrumental in securing the area and preventing any potential threats to the region.
