UN official calls for probe into zionist regime’s attack on Palestinian women
Deputy Spokesman for the UN Secretary-General Farhan Haq called for an immediate investigation into the zionist regime’s attack on five Palestinian women with weapons and police dogs inside their home in al-Khalil.
During a press conference on Tuesday, Farhan was asked to comment on the incident where five Palestinian women were forced to strip by Israeli female soldiers in al-Khalil during a raid in an apartment building.
"This needs to be investigated by the relevant authorities, and we would be opposed to any forms of collective punishment," Farhan responded.
The incident, which dates back to July 10, sparked a state of anger among Palestinians amid calls for response.
Commenting on the attack, Hamas Movement emphasized that these crimes are a serious escalation that will not pass without reprisals from the Palestinian people. (ILKHA)
