Islamic Emirate spokesman denies slander against commander
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid, has denied the slanders against one of their commanders, who was accused of "sexual perversion" in a video circulated on social media.
In a post on X, Mujahid said that the incident in the video is about a person in the Chaman region of Baluchistan province of Pakistan and has nothing to do with the Islamic Emirate.
He added that the intelligence centres, through their hired media, are making propaganda against the Islamic Emirate and trying to slander the people and officials of the Islamic Emirate.
The spokesman called on the media to be responsible and avoid spreading false information.
He also urged the people to ignore such propaganda and focus on building a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan. (ILKHA)
