The Central Bank of Türkiye (CBRT) has unveiled the House Price Index data for June 2023, revealing notable trends in the country's real estate landscape.
In June, the House Price Index soared by 4.8 percent in comparison to the preceding month. The most striking revelation, however, lies in the annual increase, which stands at a remarkable 95.9 percent.
This substantial annual upswing has propelled the PPI to achieve a reading of 920.5, notably pushing it into double-digit annual figures after a considerable span of time.
