Orphans Foundation launches campaign to support education of disadvantaged children
The Orphans Foundation has launched a campaign with the slogan "Goodness Bell is Ringing" to fulfill the educational needs of orphans and disadvantaged children.
The foundation, which engages in various assistance activities for these vulnerable groups, seeks to support 3,000 orphans through the campaign by providing them with essential stationery items ahead of the 2023-2024 academic year.
Each student's stationery package has been determined to cost 750 Turkish Lira (TL), and the Orphans Foundation is urging philanthropists to lend their support to the initiative. The foundation emphasizes the importance of backing such programs to cultivate a conscious and educated youth among future generations.
Recep Bozkır, a Board Member of the Orphans Foundation, expressed the organization's commitment to not only providing basic necessities like food and clothing but also focusing on the education of orphaned children. Bozkır highlighted the potential consequences of neglecting the education of orphaned children, as they could become a burden on society in the future.
Bozkır elaborated: "With this level of dedication and understanding, we aim to offer educational support to around 3,000 orphaned children through this year's campaign, themed 'Goodness Bell is Ringing'. The cost of each stationery package, containing essential materials, amounts to 750 TL."
Calling upon philanthropists to contribute, Bozkır invited them to partake in building a conscious generation that will serve as a positive force for humanity in the future. He urged them to join in providing educational support and fostering a generation enriched with knowledge and virtue. The goal is to create a promising future filled with beauty and harmony.
The Orphans Foundation hopes that their campaign will receive widespread support, contributing to the betterment of the lives of orphaned and disadvantaged children. (ILKHA)
