2 PKK members killed in Metina region of northern Iraq
The Turkish Ministry of National Defense announced on X that two PKK members were killed in the Metina region of northern Iraq on Monday.
The statement said that the two terrorists were identified and neutralized as part of Operation Claw-Lock, a Turkish military operation targeting PKK hideouts in northern Iraq.
Operation Claw-Lock is the latest in a series of Turkish military operations against the PKK in northern Iraq.
The operation began in April 2022 and has so far resulted in the deaths of hundreds of PKK members. (ILKHA)
