The earthquake struck at approximately 16:16 local time (TSI), originating offshore with its epicenter pinpointed at a latitude of 35.804 degrees north and a longitude of 31.351 degrees east. The seismic activity was detected at a depth of 12.44 kilometers beneath the Earth's surface.
Reports indicate that the tremors were perceivable in various southern Türkiye provinces, including Burdur, Isparta, and Muğla.
Despite the noticeable impact on these regions, no immediate casualties or structural damages have been reported in the aftermath of the earthquake.
