In the statement, Mujahid emphasized the Islamic Emirate's commitment to maintaining stability within its borders and expressed a principled position against allowing Afghanistan's territory to be used to disrupt the stability of any other nation.

Responding to allegations by Pakistani authorities linking Afghans to recent incidents of insecurity within Pakistan, Mujahid categorically denied the claims and reiterated Afghanistan's stance as a country emerging from decades of conflict, striving to prevent instability both within its borders and across neighboring nations.

Mujahid clarified that while Afghanistan does not permit the use of its soil for threats against other states' security, it should not be held responsible for security failures in the region. He underlined the challenging history of foreign occupation in the region, primarily led by the United States, and called upon Pakistan to address its internal security challenges domestically.

The statement highlighted previous operations conducted in Afghanistan to neutralize Pakistani individuals affiliated with Daesh (ISIS), citing instances where suspects responsible for attacks were killed or apprehended.

Rather than trading accusations, the Afghan government has focused on reinforcing its security measures, yielding positive results, according to Mujahid. He urged collaboration between Afghanistan and Pakistan to address any threats emerging from groups like ISIS, emphasizing the need for collective action against such challenges.

Mujahid revealed that Afghan intelligence agencies had collected information about potential threats and shared it with regional countries, although not all nations acted promptly to prevent such dangers.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan vehemently reiterated its opposition to attacks on Pakistan and pledged not to allow its territory to be exploited for such purposes. However, the responsibility of preventing and countering attacks within Pakistan lies with its own security and intelligence forces, who allocate a significant portion of their budget for these efforts.

The statement concluded by highlighting the progress achieved in Afghanistan's security situation since the establishment of an independent and responsible government. Mujahid noted that any upsurge in security incidents within Pakistan should be addressed within the country, and Afghanistan remains committed to regional stability and cooperation. (ILKHA)
