To access the video download button, users need to tap the ellipsis ("...") located on the upper right corner when the video is in full-screen mode.

In the near future, X will also allow users to download videos simply by tapping and holding on the video, similar to how they download pictures.

Musk emphasized the benefits of this new feature in a tweet thread, stating that it eliminates the need for screen recording videos. He also noted that this feature will only be functional for videos that the content creator permits for download.
