Amid the evolving situation in Afghanistan, a recent campaign led by the International Organization for Transitional Justice and Peace, along with some other foreign organizations in the United States, has drawn criticism from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The campaign seeks to relocate Afghan prosecutors and their families to third countries, citing concerns for their safety.

In response to the evacuation campaign, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, refuted the allegations of threats faced by Afghan prosecutors in the country. He dismissed the claims made by American organizations as baseless and accused them of attempting to promote brain drain and engage in human trafficking.

Mujahid vehemently emphasized that there are no credible threats to former prosecutors in Afghanistan and denounced reports released by foreign NGOs as biased and propagandistic. He asserted that such reports were intended to instill fear among Afghans and create an atmosphere of uncertainty.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, through its spokesman, called on Afghan citizens not to be deceived by these dubious organizations and urged them not to leave the country. Emphasizing the general amnesty granted by the Islamic Emirate, Mujahid assured that all individuals are protected, and their safety and rights will be respected.
