9 foreign nationals detained in Ankara on suspicion of ISIS affiliation
Nine foreign nationals were detained in Ankara on Wednesday, on suspicion of being affiliated with ISIS.
The operation, which targeted a total of 10 foreign nationals believed to have links to ISIS, was carried out by the Ankara law enforcement authorities.
As a result of the operation, nine suspects were successfully detained, while efforts to capture the remaining suspect are ongoing.
The suspects, who are considered to be "foreign terrorist fighters," will undergo necessary legal procedures and interrogations before being deported from Türkiye. (ILKHA)
