On the first day of the Eid, HÜDA PAR Chairman and Istanbul Deputy Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu embarked on a journey to Diyarbakır, where he visited the families of the martyrs as part of his Eid visitations.

Yapıcıoğlu's initial destination was the homes of Yasin Börü and Hasan Gökgüz, iconic figures of the October 6-8 Massacre.

During the visit, Yapıcıoğlu met with the families of Yasin Börü and Hasan Gökgüz, who tragically lost their lives in 2014. These innocent souls were brutally murdered by PKK supporters while distributing sacrificial meat to underprivileged families during Eid Al Adha. The incident occurred following a call by the HDP to ignite violent acts on the streets. Yapıcıoğlu conveyed his warm Eid greetings and condolences to the families of the martyrs.

Continuing his series of visits, Yapıcıoğlu also met with the family of Aytaç Baran, the President of Yeni İhya Der (New Revival Association), who was a victim of a PKK attack in 2015. He expressed his heartfelt Eid greetings to the Baran family during the visit.

Lastly, Yapıcıoğlu paid his respects to the family of the late Mehmet Yavuz, former Deputy Chairman of HÜDA PAR, who passed away in 2019.

The visits made by HÜDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu carried a profound message of solidarity, remembrance, and compassion during the joyous occasion of Eid Al Adha. (ILKHA)
