Turkish security forces neutralize more than a dozen YPG/PKK members in northern Syria
Türkiye's security forces revealed that they have successfully "neutralized" over a dozen YPG/PKK terrorists in northern Syria, near the Turkish border.
The National Defense Ministry made the announcement on Thursday, stating that the Turkish Armed Forces targeted and eliminated 16 additional PKK/YPG members who were responsible for a recent attack in the Tal Rifat and Manbij regions.
This operation brings the total number of “neutralized” PKK/YPG members in the area to 57, as reported by the ministry.
The term “neutralized” is commonly used by Turkish authorities to indicate that the terrorists have either surrendered, been killed, or captured. (ILKHA)
