A magnitude 4.0 earthquake jolted the Çayırlı district of Türkiye’s eastern Erzincan province on Friday morning.

The earthquake occurred at around 04:49 TSI, with its epicenter at a latitude of 39.859 degrees north and a longitude of 39.647 degrees east, and at a depth of1 6.52 km, Türkiye’s Disaster, and Emergency Management Presidency announced on its website. (ILKHA)
