In a social media post, Altun noted that numerous heads of state and government, hailing from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, the United States, Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, Libya, Pakistan, and Guinea-Bissau, have personally reached out to President Erdoğan to convey their heartfelt felicitations.

Altun further elaborated that a total of 19 countries have extended their warm wishes through direct phone calls to President Erdoğan, while an astounding number of over 100 countries and international organizations have sent written messages, expressing their congratulations for his re-election.
