HÜDA PAR emphasizes Turkish people's endorsement of presidential government system in election statement
HÜDA PAR (Free Cause Party) Spokesperson Yunus Emiroğlu made a statement regarding the results of Türkiye’s presidential run-off election.
In the statement, it was emphasized that, according to unofficial results, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan emerged victorious from this election, and attention was drawn to the fact that the nation once again provided endorsement to the Presidential Government System.
Emiroğlu highlighted the substantial turnout in the second round of the presidential election, emphasizing that the nation's will was resoundingly expressed through the ballot box, with no significant issues reported nationwide.
“Our people did not allow those who sought to seize their will,” Spokesperson Emiroğlu stated, acknowledging that despite the reckless use of hate speech by certain groups throughout the election process, the Turkish people have preserved their common sense.
“According to unofficial results, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has emerged victorious from this election as well. With this outcome, our people have once again provided endorsement to the Presidential Government System, which was implemented in 2018. Despite the efforts of certain global powers who cannot digest the rise Türkiye has achieved in the past 20 years to shape Turkish politics during the election process, our people have not allowed those who sought to seize their will.”
Emiroğlu emphasized the principled politics of HÜDA PAR and its recognition by the people's trust and added: “Our party, HÜDA PAR, has taken on a historic responsibility as the most notable party in this election process with its political stance and practical approach. Our party has earned the trust of our people through principled politics based on moral virtues. By declaring 'We Will Make You President Again' and taking a stance in favor of stability for the peace and well-being of our nation, HÜDA PAR has provided strong support to Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan.”
“Every one of our 85 million citizens has emerged as the winner in the elections.”
Emiroğlu pointed out that regional and global hostile powers, aiming to usurp the nation's will and future, have suffered a defeat. He continued his remarks as follows:
“The May 28 elections took place between global imperial powers seeking to redesign the political landscape in Türkiye and those pursuing local and national politics. Our people have delivered a significant lesson to those who attempt to win elections through lies, slander, and distortion. The winners are all 85 million of our citizens. The losers in this election are not Türkiye but the regional and global hostile powers that have targeted our people's will and future. This victory is the victory of our people. We believe that the election results will serve as a crucial starting point for an independent Türkiye that ensures fundamental rights and freedoms, is free from ideology and guardianship, is harmonious with our people's faith values, has a domestic, civilian, and fair constitution, completely removes obstacles to faith, preserves the family, and protects and nurtures our generations against all forms of deviant ideologies.”
Finally, Emiroğlu expressed his wish that the results of the parliamentary elections held on May 14th and the second round of the Presidential elections held today would be beneficial for the country and the nation.
HÜDA PAR, as a political party, has been actively involved in Turkish politics with its distinct political stance and principles. Emiroğlu's statement reflects the party's belief in the importance of preserving Türkiye's national interests and maintaining its sovereignty against external pressures.
The strong assertion made by HÜDA PAR's spokesperson serves as a reminder of the Turkish people's vigilance in safeguarding their democratic processes from foreign interference.
It also underscores the nation's determination to shape its own political destiny and protect its unique identity in the face of global dynamics. (ILKHA)
