Iran condemns recent desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by zionist cabinet member
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Nasser Kan'ani, strongly condemned the recent desecration of the al-Aqsa Mosque by zionist officials.
Kan'ani described these acts as part of a larger pattern of crimes committed by the apartheid regime against the Palestinian people and their religious and Islamic sites.
The spokesperson called for an immediate and strong response from the Islamic world and the international community. T
He reaffirmed that Jerusalem will remain the eternal and united capital of Palestine, and that the continuous attacks on the city and its Islamic sites by zionst forces will not change its historical status.
The incident in question involved the far-right security minister of the zionist entity, Itamar Ben-Gvir, who, accompanied by occupation troops, entered the al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City of Jerusalem on Sunday.
Ben-Gvir's statement asserting israeli control over the area received widespread condemnation. (ILKHA)
