Palestinian PM condemns aggression on Gaza as organized state terrorism

In a statement, Shtayyeh expressed deep concern over the loss of 13 lives, including four women and four children, and the injury of more than 20 individuals.

“The aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip is organized state terrorism and an attempt to export the internal crisis that the government of extremism in Israel suffers from,” said Shtayyeh.

“The aggression is a practical translation of the doctrine of killing, incineration, and genocide, which those in power in Israel have long professed,” he added.

The Prime Minister condemned the attack as an attempt by the extremist israeli government to divert attention from its internal crisis. He criticized it as a manifestation of the zionist authorities' longstanding doctrine of killing, incineration, and genocide.

Shtayyeh regarded the aggression against Gaza as a continuation of the Nakba, the catastrophe that befell the Palestinian people in 1948, and as part of a broader pattern of aggression against cities, towns, villages, and refugee camps in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.

He cited the recent storming of Nablus, which resulted in injuries, including children, as another example of the systematic policy aimed at instilling fear and discouraging Palestinians from pursuing their legitimate rights, including the right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

The Prime Minister called upon the United Nations, which is soon to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Nakba, to condemn the aggression against Gaza and the continuous massacres inflicted upon the Palestinian people. He urged the international community to hold Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes and ensure that they face appropriate consequences.

Expressing condolences to the families of the victims, Shtayyeh instructed the Ministry of Health and relevant ministries to promptly dispatch medical supplies and urgent relief aid to the Gaza Strip in support of those affected by the attack. (ILKHA)
