According to local sources, the missiles failed to hit Kyiv, as Ukrainian defense systems intercepted most of them.

Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, reported that a total of 18 cruise missiles were fired from the Murmansk and Caspian regions, with 15 of them intercepted.

According to Serhii Popko, head of Kyiv's city administration, all missiles fired at the city were shot down, along with some drones.

On Friday, the first missile attack targeted Kyiv in almost two months, with more than 20 cruise missiles and two explosive drones launched at Ukraine.

In this attack, Russian missiles hit an apartment building in Uman, killing 21 people, including three children.

The latest attack hit Pavlohrad, damaging an industrial facility and a residential neighborhood, among other areas in the region. (ILKHA)
