A 4.6 magnitude earthquake strikes eastern Türkiye
A 4.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Sivrice district of Türkiye’s eastern Elazığ province, the country’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency said on Sunday.
The earthquake occurred at approximately 01:44 TSI, with its center located at a latitude of 38.467 degrees north and a longitude of 39.194 degrees east, at a depth of 11.11 km.
The tremor was felt in nearby provinces, including Diyarbakır, Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa, Bingöl and Malatya.
As of now, there have been no reports of casualties or damages. (ILKHA)
