Russian bride converts to Islam in southeastern Türkiye
A Russian woman named Tamara who came as a bride has converted to Islam in a ceremony at the Çamlıtepe Mosque in the southeastern Turkish city of Batman.

After conducting research, Tamara chose to embrace Islam, and with the help of the mosque imam, recited the shahada and adopted the name Zeynep.
Her family members were present at the ceremony as well.
Zeynep received a copy of the Holy Quran from the mosque imam and was congratulated by the citizens for her decision to embrace Islam, wishing her a lifetime of happiness and serenity as a new Muslim. (ILKHA)
