Hope Caravan provides food assistance to needy people in Burundi
Hope Caravan Foundation (Umut Kervanı Vakfı) has provided food assistance to numerous families in the Gatumba region of Burundi, a country recognized as one of the poorest in the world.
In addition to distributing cash, clothing, copies of the Holy Qur'an, and meat obtained from donated sacrificial animals to those in need, the organization extended its aid efforts to include food assistance as part of its Ramadan campaign.
Ömer Polat, a volunteer with Umut Kervanı, commented on the food aid provided, noting that they were in Burundi, which has been ravaged by floods and left many people homeless and living in tents. He also expressed gratitude towards the donors who contributed the food parcels, hoping that Allah would be pleased with their generosity. (ILKHA)
