Death toll in missile attacks on Slovyansk rises to 11
According to Ukrainian authorities, at least 11 people have died and 22 others have been wounded as a result of missile strikes by Russia in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sloviansk.
The State Emergency Service reported that rescue teams found the bodies of two individuals under the rubble of a house, and they have been trying to locate five other individuals who are still trapped in the wreckage of the targeted apartment building.
Additionally, several residents have been reported missing, as stated by Vadym Liakh, the head of the local government.
On Friday, the strike occurred in Slovyansk, Donetsk, affecting various flats, houses, and cars throughout the city. Russia hopes to gain control of this city, which is close to Bakhmut. (ILKHA)
