Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended a ceremony held in Diyarbakır for the groundbreaking of post-earthquake houses and the key handover of new residences and shops.
“We want and work for a prosperous, free and safe Türkiye in which the 85 million live in unity and solidarity,” Erdoğan said during a speech he delivered at the ceremony, and added: “In this Türkiye, no one can be despised or otherized because of their origin, faith, language, culture, or attire. In this Türkiye, there is no room for cold case murders, threats, or intimidation. This Türkiye ensures the security as well as the rights and freedoms of its citizens at the same time.” (ILKHA)
