“We will establish one city hospital for each metropolitan city. We will hopefully open the Kocaeli City Hospital on Saturday. The hospital is now accepting patients. We are also planning to open the İzmir City Hospital soon, and we have plans to further develop and expand our city hospitals,“ Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said during a televised interview.

It is anticipated that Erdoğan, who has been a vocal advocate of city hospitals as a joint venture between the public and private sectors, will be present at the inauguration event. (ILKHA)
