Hope Caravan Foundation's Tarsus branch continues to deliver aid to families affected by the earthquake that hit southern Türkiye on February 6.
A humanitarian aid campaign that was initiated by Hope Caravan Foundation, European Orphan Hand, Orphans Foundation, and IHO EBRAR to aid people who were struck by the deadly earthquake in southern Türkiye and northern Syria continues in full swing.
With the support of benefactors, Hope Caravan Foundation(Umut Kervanı) provided food, clothing, blankets, diapers, and household needs to earthquake victims who have come to Tarsus from various cities hit by the earthquake.
Since the first day of the earthquake, Hope Caravan Foundation's Tarsus branch has mobilized all its means, sending a humanitarian aid convoy consisting of 1 truck, 2 transit vehicles, and 5 cars, along with a team of 100 volunteers, to the earthquake zone.
Oğuz Obut, the representative of Hope Caravan Foundation in Tarsus, said that they welcome earthquake victims who come to the foundation and provide them with clothing items and shoes.
"We then visit their homes and provide food, blankets, carpets, diapers, and other necessities. There are hundreds of families who have escaped the earthquake and come to our region. Our aid efforts are ongoing, and we are waiting for donations from our benevolent community," he added.
