Turkish economic confidence index decreases in February
The economic confidence index which was 99.3 in January decreased by 0.3% in February to 99.1, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Monday.
The real sector (manufacturing industry) confidence index decreased by 1.0% and became 102.4, services confidence index decreased by 2.2% and became 115.5, retail trade confidence index decreased by 2.4% and became 123.1, construction confidence index decreased by 3.6% and became 89.8 in February compared to the previous month.
On the other hand, consumer confidence index increased by 4.3% and became 82.5 in February. (ILKHA)
