Hamas urges Palestinian masses to escalate their resistance on the 29th anniversary of the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre
On the 29th anniversary of the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre, the Hamas Movement has called on the Palestinian people to escalate their resistance of the zionist occupation state and its settlers.
In a statement on Saturday, Hamas affirmed that the israeli crimes would never succeed in changing the identity and landmarks of the Palestinian people’s Arab land and their Islamic and Christian holy sites.
“Today, 29 years have passed since the heinous massacre that was committed by terrorist Baruch Goldstein, with the connivance of the Zionist occupation army and under its protection, against innocent [Muslim] worshipers at the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil City in 1994,” Hamas stated, adding, “During which, 29 worshipers were martyred and 15 others were injured. This heinous crime will remain witness to the brutality and sadism of this entity and the terrorism of its settlers.”
“The anniversary of this heinous massacre comes at a time as this enemy has just committed a new massacre in Nablus, killing 11 citizens and injuring over 100 others, which confirmed further the occupation state’s fascism and terrorism,” the Movement underscored.
It emphasized that the ongoing Israeli crimes would never intimidate the Palestinian people, but rather they would fuel the flames of their resistance and struggle for their national rights and holy sites until the liberation of the entire Palestinian land. (ILKHA)
