Zionist occupation forces kill 10 Palestinians in Nablus
10 Palestinian citizens were killed and dozens suffered bullet injuries on Wednesday morning after the Zionist occupation forces (ZOF) stormed Nablus City and intensively used live ammunition during clashes with local youths and resistance fighters.
According to the Palestinian health ministry, 10 citizens, including two elderly men, were killed and at least 102 others were injured, several of them in critical condition, by ZOF gunfire. The wounded citizens were rushed to different hospitals in Nablus for medical assistance.
The Red Crescent, for its part, said its ambulance crew provided on-site medical assistance for about 250 citizens who suffered from their exposure to tear gas during the events in Nablus.
Local young men clashed with zionist forces after a large number of them stormed the eastern area of Nablus and its Old City to provide backup for special forces who infiltrated earlier in the morning into the city aboard a civilian vehicle.
Local sources reported that resistance fighters also opened fire at zionist soldiers and their vehicles and exchanged fire with them in different areas of Nablus city.
Meanwhile, Palestinian media sources said that the ZOF encircled a house during its raid in the Old City of Nablus and fired projectiles at it, destroying large parts of it and killing two resistance fighters inside it. (ILKHA)
