HÜDA PAR visits earthquake-affected people in Adıyaman
A HÜDA PAR delegation led by Ishak Sağlam, the party’s Deputy Chairman, has visited the earthquake-affected people in Türkiye’s southeastern Adıyaman province.
Following the devastating earthquake that killed thousands of people in Türkiye and Syria, HÜDA PAR set up 12 delegations to visit the earthquake-stricken areas.
Sağlam, who was accompanied by HÜDA PAR provincial head, Mustafa Yetiş, visited the earthquake-affected people in Adıyaman to lend ear to their problems and troubles.
During the visit, the earthquake-stricken people informed the delegation about the deaths, the amount of damage, and the problems they faced after the disaster.
The earthquake victims told the delegation that they mostly need tents and animal feed.
They also thanked HÜDA PAR delegation for their visit.
On February 06, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck southern and central Turkey, as well as northern and western Syria.
There were at least 38,044 deaths and 108,068 injured across the ten most affected provinces in Turkey, including some casualties also in adjacent Elazığ and Batman provinces.
At least 13.5 million people and 4 million buildings have been affected. Thousands were trapped under rubble when buildings collapsed.
