The bus was heading towards a shelter located in the western coastal province of Chiriqui when the driver missed the entrance to the shelter, turned around, and lost control of the vehicle, said Samira Gozaine, Panama’s migration director.
It collided with another bus and ran off the side of a cliff, she added.
