Tunisians to vote for second round of legislative elections
Tunisia is holding the second round of elections for the parliament on Sunday.
The election will include 131 electoral districts in which 262 candidates are running.
The first round of Parliamentary elections took place on December 17 and turnout was recorded at around 11.22 percent, the lowest since 2011 when the former president's regime Zine El Abidine Ben Ali was toppled by popular revolt, which paved the way for a democratic transition in the region.
The run-offs are being held today in the vast majority of constituencies after only 21 candidates were elected in the first round. (ILKHA)
