Afghan Foreign Minister Muttaqi holds phone call with his Chinese counterpart
The Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, talked over the phone with Qin Gang, the Foreign Minister of China.
